Another project completed. We got this glider rocker from a neighbor.

Added some new foam cushions and some fabric and it looks like a brand new chair.

frame project

This is my newest project I have completed. I bought these frames at Goodwill. They were not so cute when I got them. With a can of black spray paint and some great pictures that my dad took I think they look pretty good. They make a great addition to our bedroom.

Work in progress

I enjoy sewing and making projects. Here is a little project that has taken up much of my time- many a nap times and night times. The project could have gone faster, but we used this iron on sticky stuff and my sewing machine doesn't like it all the time. My sister I started these quiet books about 2 years maybe more ago. It just sat and sat. I had some projects I wanted to work on, but I told myself I had to finish these books if I was ever going to get them done. I am one page away from finishing the pages, plus a few minor details such as eyes and noses and bows for some of the pages. I told myself I would be done by the end of June. I can't wait for the day that they are done and usuable!
